... Come along to Sarah's Postnatal Exercise Classes. Bring your baby
along to this six week course, which aims at toning your pelvic floor and
tummy muscles and improving your posture. Also to meet other new mums,
chat over a cup of coffee and have some fun! Suitable for up to one
year after having a baby. If you would like further details please
